Early Childhood Care in Uttarakhand is primarily delivered through the Government of India’s Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme, implemented via Anganwadi Centers. Alongside government initiatives, private preschools such as Euro Kids and Maple Bear offer paid early learning options. The state also places strong emphasis on newborn and infant care through facilities like Newborn Care Corners (NBCCs) and Special Newborn Care Units (SNCUs).
