DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing):-
DIKSHA is a national digital initiative for school education launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, under the aegis of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). The platform was launched in 2017 by the Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, and has since been adopted by almost all States and Union Territories, as well as central autonomous bodies and boards including CBSE.
Purpose:- DIKSHA serves as a unified national digital platform that provides high-quality e-content and learning resources for students, teachers, and parents across the country.

Implementation in Uttarakhand:- Uttarakhand actively uses the national DIKSHA platform for digital learning. Data related to content usage and learning engagement is integrated with the state’s Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK)—a data-driven system designed to monitor learning outcomes and support academic improvement.
